How to use the customer portal?

New feature for 2017, allowing you to switch your date/time if needed subject to availability & change or update your childrens details, i.e. name & age


  • On begin by logging into your account, click login on the top right corner of the homepage
  • Enter the email address you used to make your booking
  • Enter your password, if you have difficulty please select 'forgot password' to create a new one and follow the steps
  • Once logged in click ''My Account'' on the Homepage
  • From here you can: print/view tickets, move your train to another date/time *subject to availability & update your children's details i.e. name & age
